We are looking for a skilled (Global) Senior L&D Partner for our HelloTech organisation to join our L&D Team. In this role, you will partner with our HelloTech leaders and employees to build a Learning & Development offering that supports the massive growth of HelloTech and contributes to a top-tier employee experience.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Learning & Development Partner you will be part of our L&D team and you will:

  • Act as a trusted Learning & Development Partner with every level of the HelloTech organization to address individuals, teams, and wider HelloTech organizational learning needs by driving continuous learning as part of the HelloFresh DNA. 
  • Coach and work closely with global HelloTech senior stakeholders to understand and prioritize team learning needs to achieve departments’ performance targets in collaboration with the HelloTech HRBP Team.
  • Develop, follow up and evaluate learning & development policies, strategies and plans to support HelloTech on a global level. 
  • Work closely with our Leadership Development, Learning Experience and Learning Management Sub-Teams in the planning,  execution and evaluation  of HelloTech learning initiatives and programs. 
  • Oversight the execution of HelloTech learning initiatives and programs, as well as, HelloTech Learning Management service level.
  • Measure, analyse and report to relevant stakeholders their effectiveness and business impact.
  • Deliver engaging learning experiences.

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

  • You have a minimum of 7+ years relevant experience in a L&D partnering role and at least 1 year with dedication to Tech departments in a  fast-paced environment.
  • You have a proven track record of independently planning, developing and implementing various L&D projects / programs.
  • You have expertise in learning needs analysis and prioritisation methodologies. 
  • You are experienced working closely with senior stakeholders. 
  • You are proficient in “Google Apps for Work”/ Google G-Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus).

  • You have great facilitation and coaching skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences by tailoring language and information. 
  • You are used to working in a faced-paced environment where time is scarce and demands are high.
  • You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels and senior management.
  • The ability to respectfully and easily work across cultures.
