Manager, Logistics - Delivery Performance

As the Manager, you will create reporting tools for HelloFresh's logistics delivery network launch operations. You will identify opportunities to develop databases and data collection systems, integrating within the current technology infrastructure. Responsibility will also include working with management and operations to prioritize business and information needs to help inform the growth and scaling of our network, and create dashboards and reports, identify and interpret trends or patterns in the data. You will travel up to 25% within the United States.

You will...

• Create reports and dashboards for the operation to help identify metrics for the business to measure and identify areas of improvement
• Partner with HelloFresh Logistics/Network Strategy's existing technology infrastructure
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and determine new process improvement opportunities
• Analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Maintain data systems, acquiring data from primary and secondary sources
• Set clear data and reporting goals for the team
• Partner with HelloFresh Logistics and other teams in meeting goals
• Support growth and scaling of the HelloFresh logistics delivery network launch operations

You have...

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
• 3+ years' experience in data analytics
• Technical expertise with data models and knowledge of statistics
• Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and SnowFlake
• Familiar with queries, report writing, and presenting/communicating findings
