Job Description:
The Senior Director, Revenue & Marketing, will serve as a key member of the financial leadership team reporting directly to the SVP of Finance. In this position you will deliver impactful business analysis and in partnership with Growth leadership play a key part in developing our growth strategy and driving profitable business decisions. The leader coming into this role will be tasked with developing and growing existing talent in an existing team of FP&A and Accounting professionals. You will need to demonstrate the ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative, multi-brand environment along with strong leadership skills and ability to partner with various business partners in- and outside of Finance.
You will …
- Manage and develop a team of Finance professionals across Accounting and FP&A
- Proactively partner with our Growth team on Marketing investment decisions, price and discounting strategy and other factors impacting customer profitability; provide fact-based recommendations that support revenue growth targets and improve customer profitability
- Build out the team’s ability to iterate on complex financial models and collaborate closely with data analytics and tech teams across the Globe on tools to support our growth strategy across all verticals
- Further establish the team as a proven center of analytical excellence to support financial decision making
- Ensure consistent treatment in revenue recognition and expense accrual between budget plan and financial reporting
- Maintain and improve short and long-term revenue forecasting models to support short term outlook as well as quarterly and annual budgeting processes

At a minimum, you have…
- At least 8 years of experience in strategic Finance roles or financial consulting, preferable with exposure to e-commerce businesses
- A Masters degree in Finance, MBA or comparable
- Strong financial planning skills and solid accounting knowledge are prerequisites; CPA/CFA designation a plus but not required
- Proven ability to effectively motivate and manage a high performing team; successful track record hiring and developing talent in a high-growth environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- An integrative problem-solving approach, partnering across functions to deliver results
- Strong affinity for data and technology
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills; you have the ability to condense complex issues into key take-aways and action items
