Job Description

Hellofresh is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and provide in-depth, insightful analyses of all revenue drivers to help make decisions and contribute to the growth of HelloFresh. You will report to the Associate Director, Financial Planning and work with the Growth Marketing Business Intelligence and other teams. The FP&A Senior Analyst will become an expert analyzing Indicators, financial results, and budget variance. You will create models, methodologies, and dashboards to support data analysis, budget cycles, financial forecasts, and performance metrics reporting.

You will...

• Work with FP&A management to develop growth models and forecasts supporting revenue / spend optimization and scenario analysis.
• Help plan exercises and the quarterly and annual budgeting cycles for all departments of HF US.
• Develop scalable financial reports and models to validate and communicate weekly business reviews, Indicators, and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Arm business leaders with the necessary analysis to make marketing investment decisions by helping them interpret data and measure progress against outlined goals.
• Participate in data analysis discussions during business review meetings with partners, senior management, and business managers.
• Use knowledge of HelloFresh organization and work with the Global FP&A team to build standardized reporting models.
• Complete ad hoc financial modeling and analysis.

At a minimum, you have...

• At least 3 years of progressive experience with financial reporting, modeling, and planning
• 4-year degree in finance, related business field or equivalent directly related work experience
• Experience managing processes and projects
• The ability to present and experience communicating insights
• Advanced ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and experience in complex modeling
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis
• Experience in SQL
