HelloFresh is looking for a Senior Manager to join the FP&A team to partner with Growth leadership and provide financial and business analysis to help develop Marketing investment decisions and discounting strategy. The candidate will work cross-functionally and deeply engage with a broad spectrum of leaders across Marketing and will be responsible for evaluating the company's customer acquisition investments from a financial standpoint. The Senior Manager's role will be critical to ensure the company meets profitability targets across all US verticals.
You will…
- Partner closely with marketing leadership and channel managers to track customer acquisition performance, assess profitability, and present findings to leadership.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our discount offerings, build robust reporting tools, and manage the profitability analysis of discount-related initiatives affecting other key performance drivers (CAC, AOV, etc.).
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to develop data-driven analytical tools that support marketing and discount investment optimization and forecasting.
- Lead collaboration efforts with the Marketing Accounting team on various initiatives, including but not limited to the monthly close process.
- Leverage knowledge of HelloFresh organization and work closely with the Global FP&A team to streamline and ensure reporting accuracy and standardization.
- Manage ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by Finance leadership or Marketing leadership.

You have…
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related subject area required. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience within finance supporting Marketing, Growth, or Strategy teams, ideally at a high-growth company.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis (FP&A) and/or relevant financial advisory roles.
- The ability to balance 'big picture' and details with great storytelling and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for performance measurement and data.
- The ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment; effective multitasking skills are vital.
- Project and team management experience.
- Superior modeling and presentation skills.
- Practical knowledge of marketing, subscription models, and metrics such as Lifetime Value, Customer Acquisition Cost, etc., is a major plus.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Experience with reporting visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
