Job Description:

Our Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of attracting, engaging and retaining great talent who are passionate about changing the way people eat. Our HelloFresh DNA people are essential to our growth.

In this new role, you will report directly into the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition. You will also work with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion function in the strategic development of new programs that help us with representation, learning & organizational development, and change management.

You will ...

  • Develop comprehensive diversity sourcing strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target candidate profile needs for key requisitions
  • Manage sourcing candidate pipelines, marketing HelloFresh's talent brand to attract top diverse talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and building relationships
  • Create new approaches that look beyond direct applications, using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, referrals and other sourcing techniques to find and engage the best diverse talent in the market
  • Use diversity data to partner with DE&I and identify opportunities and create pipelines that serve not only immediate openings, but succession planning and long-term growth
  • Partner as a sourcing expert, training peers and other employees on DE&I sourcing strategies
  • Diligently maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (Greenhouse)

At a minimum, you have...

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience researching, sourcing and attracting talent, preferably a mix of agency and corporate
  • At least 1 year of experience building creative solutions for sourcing diverse talent from underrepresented talent
  • BA/BS degree
