About the job

Our Customer Care Specialists are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer enquiries across multiple contact channels. You will be resilient and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy. You will be supporting our Customer Care agents with inquiries and we expect you to be able to deal with escalations such as payment, deliveries, IT-problems or callbacks. You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Care HelloFresh Nordics.

You will…

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Provide support and build engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction
  • Actively offer all HelloFresh products and benefits to our customers on all interactions in line with current demands
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback
  • Work towards the Customer Care team’s KPIs set by the management team
  • Report and document any kinds of issues to the responsible departments
  • Deal with escalations such as payment and deliveries
  • Actively suggest ways to improve internal processes and run internal projects
  • Be an expert regarding company policies, tools and systems

You have…

  • Fluent Norwegian language skills
  • Ideally first experiences in Customer Service or hospitality 
  • Confidence while using all different channels (Phone, Email, Chat, Facebook Direct Messenger) 
  • A strong Customer Service attitude always keeping the customer in mind
  • A highly positive manner when communicating to our customers
  • Reliability, friendliness, listening skills, self-organising skills, a team player attitude
