About the job:

HelloFresh is growing and so are our people! We are currently looking for Recruitment Executive based at our Distribution Centers in Banbury, to support the Recruitment function for permanent and hourly roles. You will attract and onboard the best talent for our production teams, use clever recruitment tools to source candidates, manage two coordinators ensuring they are on track with their KPIs and embed the values of HelloFresh in all areas of your work. You will work closely with the Recruitment Coordinators to build internal talent pools and support on specialist production roles. As part of a wider recruitment team, you will gain exposure to high volume recruitment, and work on strategy that will upgrade the way HelloFresh is recruiting.

 

What you will be doing :

  • Conducting all recruitment activities via our hiring platform, maintaining this to a high standard 
  • Working on both hourly and specialised roles.
  • Creating job descriptions, and setting up briefs from hiring managers to decide on the best process
  • Screening candidates and creating shortlists for review by hiring managers
  • Holding interviews across a wide range of roles and levels from initial phone screens to final stage interviews
  • Support across all general recruitment queries from recruiters, hiring teams and candidates
  • Managing recruitment agency relationships
  • Researching and pulling insights that can benefit and support the business and making recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the Recruitment Coordinators and mentor them to level up their skillset
  • Support the team with the high volume recruitment process working more proactively
  • Ensure new starter documentation is completed and up to date
  • Support with right to work checks and compliance
  • Keep ATS up to date (we use Greenhouse)
  • Find and attract the best talent
  • Change improve and develop internal processes 
  • Embedding our values into every stage of your recruitment process

Who you are:

  • You have some previous experience in a similar role
  • Have mentored, managed or coached a team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • You are a good communicator
  • You have strong organisational skills and can handle data
  • You are used to handling high volume and permanent roles
  • FMCG/Operations background (desired)
  • Used to working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
  • Solution focused and Creative
  • Looking for someone who has the drive to go above and beyond and the agility to adapt and thrive in a change environment

Start date:ASAP

Location: Banbury (flexibility to work from home couple days a week)

Working hours: 40 hours a week

Recruitment process: first, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Recruitment team. Should you be successful, you will be invited to a final stage: competency and value based interview .
