As the Director, Learning and Organizational Development, you will lead our learning & development and employee experience strategies - working with senior leaders to help develop tools to promote a culture positioned for growth. You will report to the Head of Talent.

You will ...

  • Support HelloFresh growth by leading the team responsible for learning & development, organizational development (e. g. performance management, change management, talent assessment), culture development, employee engagement, and internal communications
  • Set strategy for multifaceted learning and organizational development programs, implementing programming and processes across a national population of 9000+ employees across HQ and Distribution Centers
  • Direct the development of complex training curricula, materials, and programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, blended learning, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops while ensuring the approach is outstanding and tech forward.
  • Support other People team members with development activities, such as change management, needs assessment and performance management
  • Maintain a dynamic employee communication strategy that aligns to, and supports the employee engagement strategy; serve as advisor on communications from a variety of team members ranging from executives to broader People Team
  • Partner with People Insights team to use data to make decisions about new, or iterations to existing programs

You have...

  • A Master's Degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience working with learning delivery methods such as instructor-led classroom and webinar training, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops; ability to identify and choose the correct method for varied content
  • Experience managing an end-to-end performance management process, including selection and implementation of performance tools
  • Experience building a team in an highly engaged organization
  • Excelled in a fast paced and agile environment with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and shifting organizational demands

Salary Range: $150-165k

Position is eligible to participate, contingent on Supervisory Board Approval, in HelloFresh's equity program
