Job Description:
We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to support HelloFresh recruitment efforts across our Operations Team in the United States. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a dedicated, passionate talent acquisition specialist who is driven to support HelloFresh to find the best talent. You’ll need to be professional, have a high sense of urgency and a proven background of recruiting in the Operations space.
You will…
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for salaried positions in Operations (Warehouse, Production, Facilities, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Safety, etc.)
- Partner with HRBP’s and hiring managers to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies
- Identify trends in the Operations space and make recommendations for staying ahead of the competition in the attraction of top talent in these areas
- Immerse yourself in our Operations department and become the subject matter expert
- Strengthen our employer brand by providing a best-in-class candidate experience for local candidates as well as candidates being hired at other sites
- Interact with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues at all levels in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with colleagues in other locations around the US and ensure distance does not hinder the recruitment process or candidate experience
- Creatively source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Have a results-driven approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
- Diligently work to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS
- Stay abreast of federal, state, and local law concerning hiring

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a full life-cycle recruiting position, preferably a mix of agency and corporate
- Prior experience recruiting in Operations and/or field-based roles
- Experience managing and tracking candidates within an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, Taleo, etc.
