Job Description:
We're hiring a Recruiter to support HelloFresh recruitment efforts across our Tech, Growth, and Business Operations teams in the US. You'll need to be a dedicated, passionate talent acquisition specialist who is inspired to support HelloFresh to find passionate team members. You'll need to be high-touch, motivated, and have a background of recruiting in high-growth environments. You will report to the Recruiting Manager.
You will…
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for open positions in Technology, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing (Creative) and Business Operations (Finance, People and Legal).
- Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies for their searches.
- Immerse yourself in our Tech/Growth/Business Operations departments and become the expert for other Talent Acquisition colleagues.
- Strengthen our employer brand by providing an outstanding candidate experience for candidates nation-wide.
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues at all levels in real-time to advance your searches.
- Work with colleagues in other locations around the US and ensure distance does not hinder the recruitment process or candidate experience.
- Identify trends in the Technology space and make recommendations for staying ahead of the competition in the attraction of qualified candidates in these areas.
- Creatively source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Have a metrics-focused approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
- Diligently maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (Greenhouse).

You have...
- 1+ years' experience in a full life-cycle recruiting position a mix of agency and corporate
- BA/BS degree
