Job Description:
As the Senior HR Specialist, you will take the lead on people-driven projects with a focus on creating a one of a kind work environment for hourly field employees. You will achieve this by initiating and leading programs focused on enhancing employee engagement, onboarding, career development, and other areas that support the employee value proposition across the network. You will report to the Senior Director of People.
You will..
- Host and organize brainstorming sessions to develop creative approaches to driving employee engagement for the network
- Oversee all aspects of field engagement project management including proposal, iteration and rollout
- Present ideas and proposals to leadership, gain agreement and build programs
- Develop scalable employee engagement programs to support the entire DC network
- Partner with site HR leaders to conduct needs assessment and recommend solutions to reduce attrition by way of engagement
- Review annual engagement surveys and own action planning for the DC network in collaboration with site HR leaders
- Partner with local universities and vocational schools to pilot and implement an internship program for field DCs
- Develop proposal for on-site training programs within field DCs
- Partner with site HR leaders and HQ teams to develop succession plans with a focus on supporting HiPo development and retention programs
- Oversee the onboarding and new hire experience for new hires with a focus on the first 90 days experience
- Partner with HQ and field HR leaders to develop feedback mechanisms for hourly employees to invest in and evolve the employee experience
- Partner with Operations and field HR teams to manage employee facing communication including site announcements and notifications

You have...
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or other related field
- 4+ years experience in human resources, program management and development or a related field
- Experience with high-growth organizations, technology or food industries across multiple geographies
- High level of comfort with creating visualizations including PowerPoint, handouts, and flyers
- Collaborative approach to solving problems
- Develop concepts into solutions, developing the pitch and gaining organization support
- High level of comfort communicating with senior management up to and including Executive leadership
- A willingness to dig into data, focus group discussions, on site visits and other related information to build a compelling employee experience
