Job Description

As an AD, People - Field for EveryPlate, you will use a people lens to provides complex cross-functional programs (to include distribution centers) for the People Field Operation. We are looking for a candidate who will lead a complex initiative across a diverse leadership team to achieve results and within scope and budget requirements. You have consumer retail exposure and a program management foundation for launching new programs. You will bring structure and work with multiple teams, moving quickly towards scale. We are looking for someone to always obsess over customers, dive into the details, solve new problems as they arise, and look around corners. This is a big, exciting role with regular senior leadership visibility!

What You'll Do

As an AD, People- Field, you will use a combination of collaboration, thought clarity, program management fundamentals, and partnership to improve people processes. You excel in promoting solutions and understand the distribution center population. You also have experience inventing and simplifying processes to provide outstanding experiences to customers that raise-the-bar for innovation and customer experience. You will function as a HR business partner to our field training teams to ensure outstanding onboarding for employees. Lastly, you are comfortable making impactful decisions across a spectrum of diverse problems. You will report to the Senior Director, People.

What You'll Do...

• Lead discussions and strategy sessions with Operations and HR leadership teams.
• Support and project manage the launch and expansion of field Distribution Centers across the US
• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches and procedures to continuously improve and iterate.
• A true hands-on approach and the ability to monitor the "pulse" of the organization
• Ability to find insights from people data sets using workday, google sheets, and MS excel (can perform complex functions)
• Experience with high change work environments.
• A flexible team member with a passion for create a positive work environment.
• Experience managing up and down and flexibility to work at all levels to achieve team goals.
• Solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment that demands deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and create appropriate solutions.
• Manage complex projects and daily tasks simultaneously with a passion for results.
• Will work with at all levels of the organization.
• Passion for creative HR solutions and process improvement

You Have/Are...

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources in startups and program management, physical retail, or eCommerce
• Excellent communication skills, and collaborative nature to work with multiple senior leadership teams
• Experience leading teams to build project road maps and timelines to meet milestones and deadlines
• Experience leading and delivering complex programs from start to finish, while managing adherence to strategic intent and customer experience, with the ability to create prioritization and agreement across departments
