Job Description:

This exciting role will learn about and assist in the design, documentation, configuration and support of new features in our warehouse management system application, a critical component of managing inventory in our supply chain. This intern will report into one of our Fulfillment Technology analysts and work closely with the overall team dispersed across our geographic footprint in the US.

You will ...

• Learn about how we leverage our warehouse management application (WMS) to optimize our warehouse processes and raw material inventory management
• Work alongside our Fulfillment Technology team to help document new software feature function designs and map current and future status process flows
• Assist in data analysis/ system configuration activities to better support increased capacity and space utilization using inventory storage rules
• Assist in user testing of new software enhancements
• Help create training materials and work with end users on software change implementation

You are / have ...

• Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Computer Science/ Information Technology
• Comfortable/ Energized working in a hands on warehouse/ shop floor environment
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
• Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data
• Highest levels of integrity and ethics
• Being available on weekends is a plus

Duration: 10-week paid internship. You must be able to commit full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm), and have the right to work full-time in the US for the duration of the internship.
