Job description

We have a brand new opportunity to join our Procurement Team as a Senior Procurement Performance Manager. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive performance both externally (by driving best-in-class service levels from HelloFresh suppliers) and internally (by ensuring that our Supply Chain and operational processes maximise ingredient quality and the value delivered to our customers). 

You will…

• Lead strategic initiatives to maximise supply security and ingredient quality across all ingredients categories (with a primary focus on fresh products) 
• Track and own procurement performance Key Performance Indicators such as delivery On Time In Full and In Quality (OTIFIQ), Procurement Error Rate and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Design and execute the strategic procurement performance roadmap in collaboration with ingredients category managers with the aim of guaranteeing supply security and maximising ingredients quality
• Support category managers with high value negotiations and the implementation of best-in-class Service Level Agreements with suppliers
• Support category managers to perform suppliers site visits to drive quality compliance and operational excellence
• Act as the procurement lead for ingredients quality and supplier performance related projects; and build strong stakeholders relationships with other department leads including Product Innovation, Culinary, Supply Chain, Production and Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Design and implement a robust Supplier Relationship Management framework to drive supplier performance, continuous improvement, speed to market and the implementation of bespoke innovation and production solutions that will boost HelloFresh differentiation strategy
• Work very closely with the Procurement Operations team to drive operational improvements
• Have end-to-end ownership of Quality and Performance across all Procurement categories

You have/are...

• 6-7 years of procurement, supply chain or operations management including contract management experience
• 2+ years experience leading a team or indirectly manage people through project execution
• Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Supply Chain/Procurement (or equivalent)
• Food Industry experience in a Commercial or Operations Excellence management role highly regarded
• Exceptional written and spoken communication
• Exceptional stakeholder (including suppliers) management and negotiation skills 
• Excellent quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel
• Lean Six Sigma certification of equivalent highly desirable 
• Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
• Entrepreneurial and can make things happen

Location: Chippendale Head Office - With option to WFH part time
