Machine Operator

Job Description:

The machine operator is fully trained to set up, operate and breakdown one piece of equipment within the prep room.  Once certified, the operator will be an expert in this equipment’s safe and productive utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Set up of machine.  
• Safe usage of the machine
• Breakdown and cleaning of the machine
• Troubleshooting minor issues
• Work with runners, Team Leads and Team Members to utilize the machine to maximize production output and capacity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in large scale food production is a must
• High School Diploma/GED
