About The Job:
You will be responsible for monitoring inventory and other variables on site at the production site in Bjuv. Your role will be crucial in scaling our warehouse operations while increasing productivity and visibility. You will work closely with the project coordinator, local team and 3rd party logistics company that is managing the site. You will also have a crucial role in communicating with both internal and external partners from our Copenhagen and Berlin offices developing and following up on processes and tools. There will be some traveling to other production sites and to the corporate office in Copenhagen. Your tasks will include:

You will be stationed at the warehouse in Bjuv but also support our Norweigan site outside of Oslo. Your role will be crucial in scaling our warehouse operations while increasing productivity and visibility. You will work closely with the project coordinator, local team and 3rd party logistics company that is managing the sites. You will also have a crucial role in communicating with both internal and external partners from our Copenhagen and Berlin offices developing and following up on tools and KPIs. There will be some traveling to the Norweigan site as well as other production sites. You will also do some traveling to the corporate office in Copenhagen. Your tasks will include:
The Job
- Inventory monitoring – You will be responsible for monitoring the inventory with help from the WMS system and also have close contact with the 3rd party as well as the procurement and finance team in Copenhagen
- Finding new improvements – working cross functionally, you’ll be collaborating with the Operational project coordinator to implement new inventory projects and improvements around inventory and warehousing. HelloFresh has its core in always innovating and improving processes so this will be one of your main focuses
- Own and deliver against KPIs, mainly weekly stock usage, Impairments, FIFO, and expired stock management
- Take part in optimizing the inbound and outbound flow for the site
- Maintain and improve processes for returns and waste
- Keep track of internal costs for production and recurring costs
- People Management - of cross functional projects surrounding improving inventory movements, efficiency and visibility (incl. organizing workshops) that will add value and maximize the growth of HelloFresh's overall business performance
- Problem solving - Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of other complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment
- Closely monitor the 3rd parties compliance to internal policies.
- Hands on – As HelloFresh is in its startup phase you will be required to get your hands dirty and this will add to your understanding of what tools are in need of improvements or needs to be created
Who we are looking for
- 1-2 years of experience with a good knowledge of transactions from a warehouse and financial point of view.
- Exceptional analytical skills in Excel and Google sheet. SQL is a plus.
- Some knowledge of ERP or WMS systems.
- Worked within FMCG is preferred
- An exceptional academic record with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business administration, Supply chain or Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impact
- Great eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
