Job description
The Growth Strategy Manager is responsible for leading & executing a broad range of initiatives to maximise the lifetime value of HelloFresh’s customer base. The role is focused on increasing customer lifetime value and requires someone who is commercially minded and who can work effectively in a dynamic environment with a variety of stakeholders, projects and challenges. You will...
- Report to the Director of Growth ANZ and work closely with our senior leadership team
- Own customer value strategy, maximising the value we generate from existing customers
- Partner with our global CRM team based in Berlin to increase customer order rates and re-engage paused and cancelled customers
- Own the portfolio of local loyalty initiatives (retention, upselling etc.) including idea generation, evaluation, prioritisation, development and delivery
- Experiment on different initiatives through rigorous A/B testing
- Measure and track the incremental commercial value added from loyalty initiatives
- Lead strategic high priority reporting to the local and global senior leadership teams on key performance metrics
You have...
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Business, STEM)
- 1-3 years experience in top tier management consulting or similar
- A structured approach problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A knack for building consensus and generating enthusiasm for new projects
- The ability to manage a project from start to finish and deliver clear results
